City Creek Moving Rates

Payments: Payments to City Creek Moving can be made with any Debit Card, Visa, Master card, Discover Card, Cash, or Venmo. Payment is due upon completion of the job. The Cardholder Must present card at time of payment. If cardholder is not present, written or verbal authorization must be obtained prior to usage. If City Creek Moving is required to take any legal action in any effort to collect any outstanding debt arising from this agreement, this contract grants City Creek Moving that right.

Uncovered Items: China, Ikea Furniture, Antiques, Glass, Clocks, Glassware, Lamps, Mirrors, Pictures, Artwork, Flat Panel Televisions that are not in their original packaging, boxes that aren't packed by us, or any other fragile articles that are not packed and un-packed by City Creek Moving will only be moved at the owners risk.
Because the mechanical condition of electronics and appliances is unknown. We only assume responsibility for items which are mishandled or receive visible damage by our staff. 

City Creek Moving is only responsible for items in our immediate care. City Creek Moving assumes no responsibility for money, jewelry, or other valuables, please make sure these items are safely put away before our moving crew arrives. Please inspect all goods before signing this release section the this contract the day of the move. We don't insure items that aren't brought to our attention the day of the move. We only cover standard industry wide insurance if you do not purchase additional insurance by going to www.movinginsurance.com prior to the move

City Creek Moving reserves the right to refuse the moving of certain items due to occupational hazards for moving personnel and our future clientele. (Bed bugs, Mold, Feces, etc) 

Damages: Although our moving staff will be as careful as possible, from time to time damages may occur. Our company provides Basic Liability Coverage at $0.60 per pound (standard industry wide) of the item being moved or additional options can be found at www.movinginsurance.com .
The $0.60 per pound is automatically included in the moving rates discussed. If you want to purchase additional coverage please do so now through the website provided above.
